This is a hard time for everyone. Not being able to see a therapist face-to-face can add to the stress you might feel and the covid-19 precautions adding to the difficulty.
But help is still available with tele-conferencing tools, like Zoom or Skype.
This works just like a face-to-face session, where we set a date and time, and I send you contact details. The main consideration being finding space in your daily routine to be able to sit down calmly without distractions so we can work together.
Where access to teleconferencing isn’t possible, we can meet in public locations, should that be wanted.
So while not the same as face-to-face sessions, we are all adapting to new ways of having meaningful contact.
