This is a testing time for everyone.
To comply with current restrictions on face-to-face contact, I have moved all my work to use video services like Skype, Zoom and WhatsApp.
Some people find video sessions quite a challenge but most clients have adapted to the new session’s mode and context. I can only suggest that it’s worth becoming familiar with one of more of the services I use if you don’t already. I’m finding most people will use one or more of these so connections are usually straight forward.
I certainly prefer face-to-face sessions as there can be information from a client which is really only noticed when seeing all of the person. I just have to be a bit more aware of changes you might experience during a session.
